Tobay Beach Marina (2023)

Galvin Bros., Inc. was contracted by the Town of Oyster Bay to rebuild the bulkhead at the Joseph J. Saladino Memorial Marina at TOBAY Beach.   The project included 400 FRP Sheet Piles, Over 1000 Linear Feet of custom Heavy Timber Construction, 80 New Precast Concrete Deadmen weighing over 14,000 lbs each and New 1″ Epoxy Coated Tie Rod System.  In addition to the bulkhead, GBI also Replaced the Existing Water Service, Upgraded the Existing Electrical Service and Site Lighting.  Finishes included Importation and Grading of Sand for the Upland Recreation areas, Asphalt Paving and Reinstallation of the existing Park Amenities.  All work was completed under a tight deadline to open the Marina for the 2023 Season.
