Mill Neck Estates Water Supply Improvements – Mill Neck, NY (2020-2021)

In 2020 Galvin Bros. was contracted by New York American Water to replace the existing well water treatment house that serviced the Mill Neck Estates community in Oyster Bay, NY. GBI demolished the existing pump house adjacent to the pumps on the beach and constructed a new treatment building at the top of the hill. A landscaped trail was constructed down the hill to provide access between the pumps and pump house. A new retaining wall was added to support the new pump house and GBI coordinated the installation of all MEP systems including plumbing, process piping, electrical, HVAC, and communication lines.
