Jamaica Bay Green Infrastructure Bioswales (2020 – 2021)

Galvin Bros., Inc. was contracted by The Liro Group to construct over 1200 Rain Gardens throughout Brooklyn for the NYC EDC.  This is our fourth and largest project in the NYC DEP Green Infrastructure plan.  The goal of Green Infrastructure is to reduce the amount of stormwater entering the New York City sewer system and allow it to filter into the existing water table naturally.
